Hey there,

I’m Jessica Erin. By day, I’m a loan processor, helping people buy their dream homes. By night, I love watching movies. (I even write about some of them, here.)

I like my coffee black and whiskey neat.

Brené Brown, Glennon Doyle, and Elizabeth Gilbert are the bee’s knees.

The MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE franchise is basically perfection and I will argue with anyone who suggests otherwise.

I grew up in the subculture of conservative evangelical homeschool Christianity. These days, I think I’d consider myself an agnostic—but I’m not so much interested in the labels as I am the questions that got me here.

I believe Aaron Sorkin will go down as the Shakespeare of the 20th and 21st centuries.

Y’all means all. Love wins. End of discussion.

I’ve watched The West Wing more times than I can count, and, as President Barlet would say, what’s next?

Why subscribe?

Quite frankly, this is a public place for me to dump my thoughts. Not sure why you should subscribe, but if you’re a coffee-whiskey-Brené-Sorkin-film-loving human, we’ll probably get along pretty well.
